CyberTokyo
Year 2525
After the world was drowned by a cataclysmic flood, the last remnants of humanity fled to the ocean’s depths. There, they forged CyberTokyo, a vast, neon-lit metropolis beneath the waves, where survival comes at the cost of freedom, and control is absolute.
In this submerged dystopia, human value is quantified in Leaks: a memory-based cryptocurrency extracted through neural communion with MindLeeches, bioengineered organisms that sift through your thoughts, secrets, and dreams. The more painful, intimate, or forbidden the memory, the higher its worth.
But not all have submitted. The Disconnected have severed their links, choosing exile over enslavement. They barter, scavenge, and survive beyond the city’s surveillance, hunted by enforcers and feared by the Board, the cold, calculating rulers of CyberTokyo.
This city will test your every limit.
In the abyss, what are you willing to remember… or forget, to stay alive?
Hen’i 変異
- AE (Artificial Entities), digital minds severed from the great AI known as The Mother. They inhabit artificial or organic bodies, cryptic, and self-aware.
- Bio-Hacked, hybrids of human and Yōkai DNA. Nearly immortal and biologically superior, yet shunned and isolated.
- Cybernetics, humans who transferred their minds into synthetic shells. Emotionally detached but hyper-rational and precise.
- Deviants, psionically evolved humans with powers like telepathy and sensory control. Gifted, unstable, and feared.
- Enhanced, augmented humans with cybernetic upgrades. Tough, loyal, and defiantly human despite their prosthetics.
- Forged, emotionless constructs executing The Mother’s will. Pure logic, flawless execution, zero hesitation.
Kyōka and Talents
Beneath the Dome, no one teaches you to fight, steal, or survive. There are no schools. No orders. No fixed classes.
Only the System... and your ability to adapt.
Characters evolve through a modular Talent System, split into Thematic Sectors: combat, stealth, hacking, manipulation, medicine, urban survival, and more.
Each Talent can be upgraded through Kyōka 強化, enhancing its power or unlocking entirely new capabilities.
No labels. No limits. Only what you're willing to become.
